ALL personal information that you send to us via email when you purchase online through our order page is encrypted through our secure network.  PSIGate is an international leader in e-commerce security that validates and authenticates secure electronic businesses.  This guarantee extends to online purchases made through our secure server only.  We cannot guarantee security or privacy if you place your order and include your personal information through regular email.  If you are not comfortable shopping online, we suggest you call our order desk and make your order via telephone where our company offers the same security and privacy with all your personal information.

Shopping online with BOTTOMS UP is safe and secure.  BOTTOMS UP guarantees to its clientele total confidentiality of all information gathered through any email or telephone orders.

BOTTOMS UP is the sole and unique owner of its mailing or emailing lists which are used only by us for promotional and statistical purposes. These lists are never sold, lent, rented, shared nor distributed in any way guarantying the total confidentiality of our databases.

Conscious that our clientele appreciates the anonymity of our shipment, we take good care in respecting this wish.  Our mail order packages are shipped in brown boxes or envelopes where, there again, only our return address appears.

We are using Canada Post software to manage and track any shipment we send. This software is installed on our own computer, therefore guarantying the total confidentiality of our databases. This system allows us to inform our customer through email when a parcel has been shipped with a tracking number. It is not Canada Post who sends this email, it is BOTTOMS UP through their software.
