Do you have a store anywhere where we can shop in person? We only sell our product from this website.

QUESTIONS ABOUT PLACING AN ORDER
What methods of payment do you accept? We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express. For mail orders we also accept International Money orders ONLY. We DO NOT accept personal cheques.
Why are all your prices listed in Canadian funds? BOTTOMS UP is a Canadian company! Canadian customers need not worry about duties or poor exchange rates. Other international customers are also charged in Canadian dollars. The currency exchange is automatically converted on the day of purchase.
All Canadian orders are subject to the 5% G.S.T., and Ontario residents are subject to 8% P.S.T. Otherwise, no Sales Taxes are applicable. Some European and overseas countries charge customs and import duties on shipments once the shipment reaches your country. We cannot predict what your charges may be nor can we guarantee you will not be charged. We suggest you check with your local post office or customs office before you order.
What is your return policy? Can I get a full refund if I am not satisfied? YES, we do accept returns on items returned in the same packaging with no labels or tags removed and no obvious wear. Please call or email us for specific instructions on returning items. However, we will not accept returns UNLESS you call or email in advance to receive specific instructions. There is no return or refund when you purchase pads ONLY and not with accompanying briefs. Also, there is no return or refund on Women’s nipple covers or push-up pads. Please note, we do not refund the shipping and handling charges.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING QUESTIONS
Do you ship anywhere or just the USA and CANADA? How do you ship international orders? We ship to all US and Canadian locations via Canada Post, United States Postal Service or by FEDEX. All INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped INTERNATIONAL AIR PARCEL POST. The choice is yours. Please refer to our Shipping & Handling Chart for rates.
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Orders will usually be shipped on the next business day after the purchase has been approved.

Yes, our packaging is very discreet, with all orders shipped in plain brown envelopes or boxes.
Will you ship to a different name and address than the credit card holder? Yes, however, a telephone number and email address of the cardholder must be provided. After being contacted for permission, we will process the order. BOTTOMS UP is striving to reduce credit card fraud and ensure the safety and security of cardholders.
What do shipping and handling charges include? Shipping and Handling charges often cause confusion. Shipping charges are the cost of sending the item to the customer. Handling charges include processing, the packaging, packing and mailing of your order.

Do you have any discounts when buying multiple pairs? BOTTOMS UP prides itself in offering the best prices of top quality merchandise. You will note in our pricing that the more you buy, the less you pay per pair.
Is the padding natural looking? Yes, you will have a fuller, more rounded and natural looking butt.
Does the padding 'feel' real if someone pats my bottom? Unfortunately BOTTOMS UP is not the Creator. However, we are confident you will be very pleased with the feel of our underwear against your own body, and will enjoy the extra padding and comfort that they provide.
If I undress in front of someone, can they tell if I am wearing padded underwear? BOTTOMS UP strives to make products appear as discrete as possible. Our pads fit into specially designed 'pockets' in the back of your underwear.
What kind of fabric is your underwear made of? All of our basic everyday underwear is made of a high quality stretch fabric with a 92% cotton content combined with an 8% lycra/spandex. We are also adding the new miracle fabric BAMBOO to our line, with a 66% bamboo/28% cotton/6% spandex content. Our products are machine washable.
What is your padding made of?
Are women's garments the same as men's? OF COURSE NOT! BOTTOMS UP products are designed specifically to accentuate the female body.
Can I wear this underwear under my bathing trunks when swimming? NO, our pads are made of foam rubber which retains water, and will give 'a droopy butt' look when worn in water. (Check out our NEW ITEMS page for our new products under development.)
Do you sell products which provide padding to other parts of the body? Yes, our men's briefs have a specially designed pouch pocket for the optional insertion of 'POUCH ENHANCEMENT PAD', giving BOTTOMS UP customers that extra bit of enhancement and protection. We also sell silicone push-up pads and silicone nipple covers for women.
