You MUST contact us if you wish to return your order and receive a CODE number or your shipment will be refused without this number indicated on your package.  You also MUST clearly mark your return package with large, legible wording RETURNING CANADIAN GOODS.  Failure to do so will result in BOTTOMS UP to incur duties which we will not be responsible for, and will deduct this amount from your refund.  Remember that SHIPPING and HANDLING charges are NOT REFUNDABLE.
